#VeryImportantPionear – Korynn Bennedum

RBphotography--5

Happy Friday! This week’s #VeryImportantPionear is our very own Korynn Bennedum! Not only is she a highly qualified Business Director, she is a joy to work with. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to highlight her as a significant asset to Pionear.

If you would like to get to know more about Korynn, she was nice enough to answer these questions:

Where do you get your work ethic?

My father worked multiple jobs while raising me and still always made it a priority to spend boding time together. Since I can remember, I knew I always wanted to be someone that would make him proud. I worked hard to be a straight-A student and as soon as I was old enough I started working as many jobs as I could fit in-between school. My experience in the Army continued to build on those values by teaching me patience and self-discipline.

What do you like most about working for Pionear?

It’s different than any other firm I’ve ever worked for. I can’t say enough good things about the owners. It’s the first time I’ve wanted to be successful not just for myself, but because I truly respect the leadership and my team so much that I want to do good for them too.

What is one thing that you enjoy to do outside of work?

Spending time outdoors with my dogs and doing training work with them. I also enjoy singing and recording vocal tracks for various musical projects.

If you could describe your work day as a sport, what sport would it be and why?

I would say Boxing. Sometimes boxing can be slow and steady, other times fast and over in the blink of an eye. You can win by points or knockout. The fighters are always busy strategizing, throwing punches, taking blows, getting in their rhythm. You throw a lot of punches and take a lot of blows in this business, but you just have to keep at it and stay determined.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A Forensic Psychologist. I wanted to catch bad guys for the FBI haha.

While Korynn might not be catching bad guys here at Pionear, she is excellent at finding people for the right position. We are grateful for all of her hard work and are looking forward to watching her grow on our team!
